Chris Shelton and Digory James created Your Mortgage Centre to help ensure that customers are provided with a full service when looking for a mortgage. With over 30 years of mortgage experience between them, Chris and Digory created the company (based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex) for customers who would like to have the choice of the whole marketplace.

Chris comments, "Having worked in banks and estate agents advising customers on their mortgage requirements, we observed that customers were not always getting the best mortgage deal available to them as many estate agents and banks only have a limited number of lenders that they can use. Independent mortgage advisers offer the choice to customers as they have access to the whole market environment, and because of this we are able to save our customers money".

Your Mortgage Centre aims to provide customers with mortgage and protection advice from the whole marketplace. Digory says, "Our customers include first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors and those who wish to remortgage. With this in mind we have created a centre to cater for this wide range of mortgage requirements. We feel that the key to our success is focusing on what the customer wants, and by offering independent advice from our local office, we are giving them the service that they truly deserve. We are also more than happy to meet our customers in the comfort of their own home, or we can arrange the mortgage via email and over the telephone if this is more convenient".
